The safety and welfare of our valuable guests, associates, as well as our staff is importance as always. in order to place the Safety & Sanitation Protocol in our hotel area, here are the things that need to be considered by our valuable guest.

Before travelling

• To ensure yourself in a healthy condition before leaving the house, if you feel symptoms such as cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat or shortness of breath, to stay at home and check with a health facility.
• Always wear a mask during travel and when in public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness by frequently washing hands or using a hand sanitizer.
• Avoid touching the face area such as eyes, nose and mouth.
• Keep a minimum distance of 1 (one) meter from other people.
• Bring personal equipment including worship equipment such as prayer equipment.

At the hotel

• In accordance with government health protocols, the hotel requires all guests to have their body temperature checked (must be below 37.3 degrees Celsius.
• If body temperature above 37.3 degrees Celsius (in 2 times the examination with a distance of 5 minutes) guests are not allowed to enter and are asked to immediately seek medical treatment and will be allowed to enter or check in after getting medical permission.
• Use a mask while in the public area / public area.
• Follow the health protocol regarding social distancing or other protocols according to hotel staff directions.
