The following is an overview of the hotel management and technical services contracts which PT PRIMA NOVUS ABADI handles, in chronological order of their opening dates/contract commencement dates.

The resort is located just a little more than an hour’s drive from Jakarta: Novus Resort and Spa blends into the mountain scenery where tea plantations, pine trees and beautiful valleys are all within sight distance. The lovely cool climate attracts visitors year-round. The resort has 112 guest rooms in various configurations, from standard to suites, a variety of meeting and conference rooms, a coffee shop and restaurant, music room, Spa, tennis courts, gym and kid’s club; Novus Resort and Spa features complete 24-hour room service. This market is principally supported by MICE (Corporate) on weekdays, and continues with Weekenders / Leisure Guests over the weekend; this market positioning was set by the company since we began to manage the Resort in 1998.

This Resort is located at the conjunction of an amazingly clear blue ocean, a flat water bay, mangroves and mountain vista. The variety of animals and plants bring back memories of past times. The resort features twelve Lumbung suites, two Mangrove suites with private Jacuzzi and four Simple Dive / Standard Rooms, arrayed over a three-hectare plot. A restaurant, bar, pool, spa and other challenging outdoor activities heighten interest, as the Resort is located just at the entrance of North Bali National Park. Novus Hotels has been involved with the Resort since 2000, when it was still relatively undeveloped. The Company offered valuable suggestions from the beginning until today, and we expect to continue our agreement over coming years.
