PT. Prima Novus Abadi is a Hotel Management Company, which manage Novus Puncak Resort & Spa at Puncak, West Java and Novus Gawana Resort & Spa in Bali. PT. Prima Novus Abadi offers consultancy, development and management services to hotels, resorts and serviced apartments. We ideally prefer to be involved in a project right from the outset where we offer the combined years of experience of our team to guide the owner, and hold his hand throughout the development process. Our scope of services is broad and includes, but is not limited to, the following :

We produce feasibility studies, including site evaluation, market potential, concept development and financial viability calculations. During this phase we put together consultant and conceptual design briefs, followed by close co-operation on the master planning. We assist the owner in identifying an appropriate team of consultants to develop the project and can come into negotiations with those consultants. We also give assistance and advice in the financing process.

Technical Assistance : review and advise on all designs & drawings including but not limited to: concept, guest accommodation, public areas, service areas, staff facilities, recreation facilities, landscaping, staff uniforms, graphics & signage, collateral, etc. Advise on mechanical and electrical requirements, all FF&E (fixture, furniture and equipment) as well as special systems. Pre opening services : preparation of budgets and estimated P&L accounts, working capital requirements, manning and salary guides, recruitment schedules, operating policies, sales and marketing plan, brochure concept and production, PR activities, lease negotiations, concession contracts, site visits and inspections with progress reports, whilst continuously co-coordinating with the entire design team throughout the pre-opening period.

Full property management identifying key objectives for the property for the year and implementing them through the unit General Manager. This includes accounting, administration, cost control, maintenance, marketing and sales and concept implementation.
