The product is aimed at the middle- to up-market range of consumer, and we also propose going deep into special market segment ( niche ) which is known to be willing to pay a healthy price for accommodation. This has become the number one priority of management focus.
We boast over seventeen years’ experience in managing and promoting Hotels and Resorts – We also pursue aggressive promotion through the internet, in our effort to continuously expand product awareness to the market. Detailed development of site performance (contents, images etc) along with SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) is our ongoing effort.
IDS ( Internet Distribution Systems ) : All Novus brands exploit leading-edge hotel reservation software ( Pelican System) which allows a hotel to expand with unlimited worldwide partnerships, connecting with various distribution channels. Further, our E-commerce team has also developed a partnership with a number of other prominent portal sites, such as Expedia, Hotels, Travelocity etc. Each property is carefully evaluated to determine which network is most appropriate, given a property’s target markets and location. Retailers and wholesalers: Novus sales offices maintain a close and healthy relationship with travel agents and tour operators, particularly those who feature and specialize in the niche markets that Novus brands caters to. MICE Organizers: Novus works closely with incentive and conference organizers in various degrees of collaboration in Indonesia. We have also successfully enhanced brand awareness of Novus for MICE hotels.
Although we have centralized Our Sales Offices, we are still able to cover the main markets for our properties. In conjunction with hotel General Managers, our own Sales Managers prepare a specific marketing plan for their region. Monthly sales and marketing reports are prepared for each property, covering P.R. company performance, key client contacts, newly-contracted clients, and progress on activities as detailed in the property’s annual marketing plan. The quality and unique aspects of our hotels and resorts facilitates our sales team in achieving their goals.
